Recently we hired Volny Consulting to conduct an independent Customer Satisfaction Survey.
We are proud to say that we have some very satisfied customers:
ExpressIt rates 4.8 on a scale of 1 (not at all satisfied) to 5 (very satisfied).

We were surprised by how many customers did not use or were not familiar with our online services. Several customers also mentioned that they would like to receive email communications from us for routine matters.
